According to a study done by AAA, one in ten drivers who are in an accident is caused by drowsiness. That is shockingly a lot and is why we need to use extreme caution when we are feeling tired and thinking about driving.

This study was done by traffic cameras taking photos of drivers and examining their faces prior to an accident. It shows how long the eyes are shut and is now why sleepiness is in the 10% of what causes accidents.

Stay safe out there and pay attention to what your body is telling you. If you are tired, take a quick nap before heading out onto the road.
